Authorization for DROP ALIAS for table or view

We have sort of a CI/CD pipeline for Db2 objects. We sometimes get into trouble when we need to drop an alias for a table or view. To do that you need ownership of the alias or a high privilege. Ownership cannot be changed for aliases without dropping and recreating them. We are not allowed to use high privileges in our pipeline, so every time we have to drop an alias we have to do it manually.

It would be much easier if the pipeline user or an IWSz user could do the drop. That would also lead to a shorter outage if we drop it to recreate it the next second.
