Add SCOPE(GROUP) for -DIS STATS(INDEXTRAVERSECOUNT)

Our shop has 13 LPARs for our Production environment & while trying to figure out the best way to combined all the different FTB FACTOR values for the individual IXs it was mentioned maybe a future feature of something along the lines of -DIS STATS(INDEXTRAVERSECOUNT) SCOPE(GROUP) where the FTB FACTOR values would be merged/grouped for the Individuals IXs so we could get an idea of which IXs were the best candidates when looking at the big picture in a data-sharing environment.

    We had discussed this AHA idea. Different data sharing members may have different usage patterns and FTB counts for the same index. The best we can do is save all these counts to a database table so they can be aggregated per index. Different users may have different opinions how that should work, e.g. plain average, discard outliers, etc. We can write sample queries aggregating the counts and let the user choose one of them or write their own. We will continue to monitor this AHA idea to see if we have more customers interested.
