Inherit COMPRESS attribute from base table space partition for XML table spaces

We figured out that Db2 only uses the top level or table sace COMPRESS attribute for the DDL of the XML table space instead of using the partition level COMPRESS attribute.
Because we have large XML table spaces we want them to be compressed. XML partitions can't be explicit definied with CREATE TABLESPACE command so it should inherit the attribute COMPRESS from the partition.
After opening a case we got the answer that this change will require some more effort because it will also impact other attributes like TRACKMOD and DSSIZE. So therefore we opened this AHA Idea.
Behaviour should be similar to LOBs which already have that functionality.
