Testing coverage improvement request for DB2 on z/OS

The background of this request is the following PMR/APARs for DB2 on z/OS:
PMR-72914, APAR-PI94071
PMR-72966, APAR-PI96017
PMR-73053, APAR-PI96110
The customer encountered two-month delay of their integration testing due to the series of problems in incremental image copying functions of DB2 z/OS. The symptom included failures of
- image copying of RTS tables
- image copying of SYSLGRNX
- copying if CHNGELIMIT option value is under
100% of the original data but not zero.

The user believes that the series of problems should have been prevented by IBM's product testing before the shipment (GA).
They ask IBM for providing the improvement in the testing.
