Wrong result from reading Archive Enabled Tables with GET_ARCHVIE set to Y

When reading Archive Enabled Tables we set a value for the global variable GET_ARCHIVE in order to get the appropriate result. If we set it to N only the base table is read. If we set it to Y we want both the base table and the archive table to be read. If we, by accident, use the bind option ARCHIVESENSITIVE(NO) the archive table will not be read regardless of what value we use for GET_ARCHIVE and we will not know that we get the wrong result.
When reading an Archive Enabled Table Db2 should return a negative SQL-code if GET_ARCHIVE is set to Y and the package is bound with ARCHIVESENSITIVE(NO) as we will not get the result we asked for. The check has to be made in runtime as the global variable may be set in another package or package invocation than the select.
