Request to add parameters - Control Unload Utility:Specify new "Register" Option by Db2 Subsystem(zparm)

In Db2 12, the UNLOAD utility have a new "REGISTER" option, with SHRLEVEL CHANGE/ISOLATION UR. The default is NO. The default behavior of UNLOAD utility with REGISTER option is to reads pages directly from disk only, UNLOAD might miss recent data changes that are present in the local or group buffer pool.
If customer need the same behavior in previous releases, customer have to specify "REGISTER YES" on all UNLOAD Utility JCLs(over 1,900).
To avoid over 1,900 corrections, customer need a new zparm or some parameters to control default amount(REGISTER YES/NO) by Subsystem, not by JCL.

We are pleased to inform you this is delivered in APAR PI99075 - we changed the default back to REGISTER YES.
