DB2 automatic client reroute with pass tickets

The scenario involves pass tickets and automatic client reroute.

We have a PMR 86086 442 000 with more details. The response to the PMR indicated that the application needs to be modified to handle the error by reconnecting with a new pass ticket.

My understanding is that DB2 automatic client reroute and workload management should be transparent to the application. It seems that no replay protection should remain in effect until the job ends instead of an arbitrary 10 minutes. I believe that would be the case if we were not using pass tickets.
