BIND Package command to support mixed case names

DB2 for z/OS does not support the mixed case package names on the COPY or DEPLOY options of the Bind Package command.

If I submit the same job with the package name enclosed in double quotes, I get this:
BIND PACKAGE(UPPERCOLL1) QUAL(TS5781) OWNER(TS5781) DEPLOY(UPPERCOLL2."MixedCase2") COPYVER(V1) EXPL(NO) ACTION(REPLACE)
DSNE931E DSNECP54 DEPLOY (UPPERCOLL2."MIXEDCASE2") CONTAINS AN INVALID SYMBOL (")
DSNE931E DSNECP54 DEPLOY (UPPERCOLL2."MIXEDCASE2") CONTAINS AN INVALID SYMBOL (")

The COPY and DEPLOY options should also accept mixed case package named and collection id names.

    Dear Pedro, Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. We are pleased to inform you that BIND COPY accepting mixed case for package ID and collection ID was delivered with APAR PH07265.

    BIND DEPLOY is deprecated so no further enhancement in there.
