Unique DB2 Message To Indicate That GRECP and LPL Recovery Is Complete And There Are No More Objects Flagged As GRECP or LPL

We are using GDPS automation to drive our disaster recovery processes and we have been running into a number of problems with LPL and GRECP recovery due to contention during startup of data sharing groups. This in turn causes failures when MQ sharing systems start up since one of the first thing MQ does it attempt to access DB2. We understand that in DB2 V12 failed GRECP and LPL recoveries will retry up to 3 times but even if this does resolve the problem it may only be a partial resolution. What would really would need is a new message that would be issued after all LPL and GRECP processing is complete during a group restart. We could then have that message trigger MQ startup, which would avoid the failures.
