Show DB2 Recovery progress status in the db2 master log

Improve the messaging in the db2 log in order to be able to have a
better idea of the progress of a recovery and how long it might take.
For instance, currently message DSNR048I is issued every 2 minutes
during abort recovery. It would be very helpful to have the following
items:

1. In addition to the rba's, convert them to a local date/time to make
it easier for humans to understand the progress. Currently we have to
keep printing the bsds to look at the rba ranges.

2. Indicate which archive/active log is being read, and how many more
are to be read. For instance 'reading archive/active log 36 of 72.
3. Indicate how many minutes it takes to read each archive/active log.

4. If possible, give an estimated time of completion of the recovery.
I would think this would be based on the assumptions of a steady rate
of log processing and that all logs would have to be processed.

Here is a summary of the wishes from upper management:

From an application and availability perspective, we always need to

know the following for recovery or other utility processing:
1) The process has started
2) The process is active, as opposed to hung—but appears to be

active
3) The number of and specific resources needed, such as the

number of archive and/or active logs
4) Recurring progress markers or milestones, such as processing

archive log 32 of 57, every minute
5) Average time to process an archive or active log
6) Estimated completion time
7) And other information you would find helpful if you were
desperately waiting for a recovery or other utility to complete
