Request for a new zParm parameter, named for example IXCOPY to be set to YES or NO in order to choose how DB2 creates IX

This RFE requests a new zParm parameter, named for example IXCOPY to be set to YES or NO in order to choose the default for indexes creation:
- if IXCOPY = NO (default) DB2 will continue to work as now, that means that DB2 will create all indexes COPY NO, LOB implicit indexes included;
- if IXCOPY = YES (what I need!) DB2 will create all indexes COPY YES by default, LOB implicit indexes included.

    Dear Laura,

    Thank you for submitting this Db2 for z/OS enhancement request. This request was previously marked as Planned for future release. That designation was too optimistic. Although IBM agrees with the desirability of this enhancement, there are no plans to deliver this capability within the next year and therefore it is being marked as Not Under Consideration. IBM will continue to assess the relative priority of this item and consider it for future delivery.

    We appreciate your input to the Db2 for z/OS development team. We hope that you will continue to submit enhancement suggestions for improvements as customer feedback is a key component to shaping the future direction of Db2 for z/OS.

    Sincerely,

    Db2 for z/OS Team
