Dear Sam, Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. The Db2 for z/OS development team has partially addressed this by CREATE OR REPLACE in Db2 12 for z/OS Function Level 507. You can use CREATE OR REPLACE for SQL PL procedure. We will update this idea with any additional news as it becomes available.
