DB2 Dynamic Remove Active Log Command

I would like to be able to dynamically remove active log datasets from a DB2 subsystem/DB2 data sharing member that have a status of:

STATUS=REUSABLE
STATUS=TRUNCATED, REUSABLE

This would allow DB2 active log datasets to be resized, without closing DB2.

The dynamic remove log command should:

1. Dynamically remove the active log datasets from the DB2 BSDS datasets.

2. If the command is issued against a DB2 data sharing member, the other DB2 members in the data sharing group should be notified that the active log dataset(s) has been removed from the source DB2 member and the active log dataset(s) should be de-allocated from ALL members of the data sharing group. The log data (for the active log dataset(s) removed from the DB2 subsystem/data sharing member) will have been written to an archive log dataset and the DB2 subsystem/members of the data sharing group should read the archive log datasets after the active log dataset(s) has been removed.

3. The command should not work if there are only 2 active log datasets defined in the BSDS. E.g:

LOGCOPY1.DS01
LOGCOPY1.DS02
LOGCOPY2.DS01
LOGCOPY2.DS02

The minimum number of logs that DB2 can start/run with is 2.
