Enhance SPT01: max partition to more than 1, and Sysadm can amend the PART Size from 64gb to 32gb .

The Tablespace is in VSAM-E format with 252 Extends in already 32Gb
size. It cannot create the 2nd Partition .Because the max partition of SPT01 is 1 and the partition size is 64gb.

When application sharing the testing environment of UT, ST, SIT ,UAT etc... and many application in one subsystem. Then System need to keep many different packages and its version .

The limitation of SPT01 is limited the scalariblity of the DB2 . As it may required free the package and REORG SPT01 very frequently .

    After PH24358/UI69863 it is not even possible to Lower SPT01_INLINE_LENGTH in order to get some headroom

    For one of Our customers We have 2 very large Db2 Catalogs where SPT01 currently is around 28Gb and 40 Gb

    So the "simplification" in PH24358/UI69863 has been introduced without consideration to the current limitations on the Db2 Directory & Catalog
