Allow DELETE statement to commit deletes every X records.

This may be similar to another RFE but I was unable to view it's details.

This request is to add a mechanism to the delete statement to perform a commit actions every X records. This is required because DB2s transaction logging requirements are insane. For example I have a table that is ~3.3GB in size. I issue a DELETE statement that removes approx. 50% of the rows - the statement fails because 19 GB worth of transaction log space is not enough. This option would allow the delete statement to delete x rows, commit the changes, delete the next x rows, commit changes, etc until request is done.
