InSync to NOT disable query acceleration

When IBM Integrated Synchronization detects an error condition for a table, that table is removed from acceleration to prevent Db2 from returning stale data because no more updates are synchronized to Accelerator. The incremental update process invokes the stored procedure SYSPROC.ACCEL_SET_TABLES_ACCELERATION to disable acceleration. This is a normal/usual procedure and is described in the manual.

We expect to have a PARM for this type of error condition in the way to allow that acceleration to be active even when the table enters this error condition in replication. The decision regarding the tolerance of using a table that is not updated should be a Customer decision via PARM.

The pain ponit is the impossibility of accelerating a query that refers to a table with replication state in error and therefore may not be up to date but that makes sense for reports of some business areas.

WORKAROUND: revoke access to SYSPROC.ACCEL_SET_TABLES_ACCELERATION of InSynch user
