Modify the message when Load utility encounter table not found.

Sometimes we unload many tables from source DB2 to another one. If some tables do not exist in the target DB2, the load utility will fail with RC=8.

this error message is mixed with ordinary information and ends with "I" in a big jobout file. For example:

DSNU650I :PAJH 170 22:52:50.49 DSNURWI - INTO TABLE "RSA". "PS_OMBI_INTFC_TMP2" WHEN(1:2)=X'348D' NUMRECS 0

DSNU056I :PAJH 170 22:52:50.49 DSNUGMAP - TABLE 'RSA.PS_OMBI_INTFC_TMP2' NOT FOUND

DSNU650I :PAJH 170 22:52:50.49 DSNURWI - ("INTFC_ID" POSITION(3:6) INTEGER,

We actually want DB2 utilities to display consistent error messages that are easy to find. It should definitely be an ‘E’rror, not a ‘W’arning or ‘I’nformational message’, but it should also contains something like ‘UNSCCESSFUL’, or ‘ERROR’,

something that is easy to search for.

It should also be displayed at the end of the output. Right now, they display ‘DSNU012I 170

23:01:31.12 DSNUGBAC - UTILITY EXECUTION TERMINATED, HIGHEST RETURN CODE=8’, it would be helpful

if they also display actual errors.
