Expose Password Expiry Info Merged

We recently experienced an issue where a number of account passwords expired due to a 365 day"password valid for" period associated with the password policy to which they were associated. Even though the passwords were expired there was no indication of this via the Web console and no known method for determining if the account is expired other than attempting to log in as that user. There also doesn't appear to be any way of determining when a password is due to expire. When a password has expired the user is not prompted to update their password.
