Usage statistics of the DOE product

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

The idea is to get the complete dashboard of the product usage statistics based on the teams as well for the users.

Example: A user have worked on a change and he completed the merge/commit completed.

Dashboard should show User information with the status of his change. Whether it is merge successful, or failed or declined. (Additional info like what kind of change performed by the user i.e Alter, drop/recreate , etc)

The same User might be a part of a team, so the dashboard should also show the statistics based on Team level. How many merge successful or failed or declined information.

Also, based on the subsystem level statistics information.

Note: All possible and analyzing fields should be added so that we can analyze the performance and usage of the DOE product in the regions where it is deployed.

(Please have the dashboard both in terms of numbers as well as percentage level)
