Extend the “show only changed columns” options to have an additional option for showing primary keys only

Limit the output of changed rows to the primary key only.

We would lik

e an analysis of which pkeys of which tables were changed by whom and are not interested in the exact change.
With the " show only changed columns" option (Y - Yes, N - No) it is possible to reduce the output for updates to the changed columns (including the primary key), but this doesn't reduce the output for insert and delete since all columns are affected in those cases.

An additional option to reduce the output to the primary key would be helpful for all changes and significantly reduce the output volume.
