Increase width of GENRPT and SUMREPT

These reports are only 80 bytes wide.

GENRPT: the report could be wider to accommodate a wider table name of 30 characters.
Or, If an option could be added to produce a one line report, meaning for every table per URID, the report will be 240 characters wide. Then I can use a SORT program to Group-by or Order-by on any fields.

SUMREPT: The DELETES(MD) counts are cutoff. The DTLSUMR has a width of 120 and the Mass Delete count is not cutoff.
If extended to a width of 120 characters, it should have enough space open to increate the table name to 30 characters.
