Allow for use of RACF passtickets when connecting to Db2 zOS

The current DSM documentation states to use a non-expiring RACF id for the DSM repository connection to z/OS and the connection profile "Data collection" credentials.  Non expiring RACF ids are not allowed by our Security and Controls team.   This presents a challenge with password management.   Other purchased tools which have a similar architecture allow for the usage of RACF passtickets instead of password.

We intend to store the repository on Db2 zOS.

What we would like to be able to do, is define a RACF id that DSM will use for DSM repository connection to z/OS and connection profile "Data collection" credentials.   Authorize that RACF id to use RACF passtickets to chat with the target Db2(s) on zOS.    And for DSM to then generate a passticket and use that passticket to chat with Db2 zOS.   There are several GitHub sites where you can lift the code for generating a RACF passticket  (info source - we did just that for our own internal usage :-) )

The ability to use RACF passtickets, will enable us to satisfy our auditors - and also eliminate the password management issue for us.
