Add Q Replication Monitoring to Db2 Console

IBM configuration, management, and monitoring GUI tooling for the IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR) Q Replication component is comprised of Q Replication Dashboard (deprecated) and Replication Center (sort of deprecated) with prior hints that these capabilities would ultimately be incorporated into DataStudio (fat client) and/or Data Server Manager (browser based).  The direction now is to build Q Replication feature/functionality into the new Db2 Console.  It is important that enterprises that rely Q Replication for Db2 for z/OS, Db2 for LUW, and Oracle workload topologies have a complete, consistent, and stable GUI similar to InfoSphere Change Data Capture (ICDC) Management Console.  Sooner rather than later.
