Access to Natural through stored procedure in DVM and Access to Oracle table from Natural.

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

GISS wants DVM to provide an API-REST interface that allows a stored procedure to be executed in DVM. This functionality allows a Natural program to be executed with a stored procedure in DVM. The call is made through jcbc using a CALL to the stored procedure and the results are read as a sql ResultSet.

In addition to the previous improvement, Natural can access an Oracle table published in DVM, this is done through a CALL type call in Natural, GISS wants DVM to provide an Adabas view for this table, this is the equivalent of the jdbc interface for open systems.

Hello GIIS. Can you please split this into 2 requests?

    1. REST API as the first request

    2. DVM to provide an Adabas view for the table - Here is where we need more details.
