Enhance the Gateway Java API to include the ability to get and use a database connection in user exits

Publish a supported Java API that a customer implemented Gateway User Exits can get a database connection from. The database connection should be based upon the same database credentials as what the Gateway uses. The database connection should be resilient, efficient and separate from the Gateway Server's core processes.

For the client i am working who is running on  FTM CPS ,   I also have to write a custom DB connection so that we meet custom requirements for the client .

We need to have an efficient and resilient user exit capabilities in the product for us .

It is important to have efficient and resilient user exit capability in the product for us. We are "hiding" bank specific internal processing from the IBM product to avoid extensive customisations.
