Need a mechanism to hold an individual transaction for vetting by Safer Payments, while allowing other transactions to pass

This would work with Safer Payments to allow valid transactions to flow through FTM for processing, while only holding back individual transactions requiring more time for Safer Payments/fraud team to investigate.

This is all configuration based and is demonstrably possible today, so as we've discussed on calls, etc. please adjust the configuration to enable this capability.

FTM allows for batches of items to be sent to a third party application, in this case, Safer Payments, and through the integration, allows that application to via API, allow good items to proceed in the workflow and suspect items to be held up via the setting of attributes on the individual item. I would request that the Safer Payments to FTM integration be examined to ensure that this pattern (employed by the FTM Limit Management service for example), is being implemented correctly.
