cancel batch

cancel batch functionality that would clear any transactions that were not processed so those could be resubmitted in a new batch.

Per 2021-01-11 conversation, the client simply wants the ability to cancel a batch, and have the acknowledgements go back to the client at the end. Right now, it seems to be an issue to be able to do that.....

I need some more information on this Idea. In the summary and business justification below, what is specifically meant by "clear any transactions"? It is my expectation that if these items fail, they are now simply sitting in the FTM database, with the status and history that shows they failed, etc. which we want to retain I believe.

It sounds like there is an issue if they are resubmitted in a new batch.
    What is that issue specifically?
