Multiple User sessions to FTM MER, AO and RMA facilities

Multiple User sessions to FTM MER, AO, and RMA facilities

As of now, all users are allowed to log in to multiple sessions at multiple workstations at once. This should not be allowed, instead, the previous session should be kicked out whenever the user is logging in at another workstation.

Requirement to configure FTM MER, AO, and RMA facilities to block Multiple User sessions?

PBB has confirmed that this is Malaysia Central Bank guideline for all Software. Without this security control PBB will be marked Non-compliance, PBB will not able to use this SW. The impact is serious.

Hi Paul, as per Vijay explained :

Malaysia Banking Policy - System should not allow multiple concurrent sessions , instead the previous session should be terminated whenever the user is logging in at another workstation.

Manually maintaining a single working session (by the user) is not an option as recommended in FTM for SWIFT knowledge center.

We need more information on why this is required.
