File Upload Status Notification - Add Succeeded Tab

This proposal is to add a Succeeded tab to the left hand side Upload Status panel to list all of the assets that were successfully loaded in the current session. This tab would list all assets that were loaded with a link that will take the user to the asset details page for that asset. This will allow users to easily keep track of what assets were loaded and quickly access them.

Background:
We got the following feedback from a customer via Satismeter:

"The upload status bar that pops up on the left side of the screen when the upload of the assets to the catalog is in progress seems to be too quick to notice, specially for the case where the file being uploaded is too small in size. Also, since there is a warning message in the pop-up indicating that if the person tries to get off the page while the upload is in progress the upload might fail; this warning can easily be missed in the existing scenario in which the pop-up lasts only for fraction of seconds."

By the time the status side panel closes, the upload has already succeeded or failed so the warning mentioned above no longer applies. However, when an asset successfully loads, an alert is displayed at the top of the screen to notify the user, and this alert can be easily missed as it only appears for several seconds. This is especially a problem when loading multiple assets at the same time as alerts can happen in rapid succession, leaving the user wondering what happened with their upload.

Currently users have to go to the Recently Added tab or perform a search to find their loaded asset. If they don't find it there, they can open the Upload Status panel and check the Failed tab to see if the upload failed. Adding a Succeeded tab will provide users with an single place to easily locate and access the assets they have loaded into the catalog.
