Support a unique identifier concept in data sources

A developer or admin working with the Watson Discovery service is going to want to keep it as closely in sync with the content in all of the data sources they are working with.  As content changes in the data sources, developers need to have an easy way of configuring the data platform to push/pull the updated content into Discovery.  The data platform needs to provide support for users to easily process updates via a “unique ID” specific to each content element sent from a data source so that when updates are sent and ingested into Discovery the latest version of all data source content is available and not multiple incrementally different copies of the same content.
