Business term should be able to import by CSV file which encoding by SJIS.

When we import from sjis csv file to business term, Japanese character is garbled.

We hope to CP4D support SJIS encoding CSV file to import business term.

The reason why we need to use SJIS is that the default character set is SJIS on Japanese environment on Windows PC.

Thanks for your idea, and we are investigating such for inclusion in a future release of Watson Knowledge Catalog. Currently we allow for the import/export of content within UTF-8 encoding.
