Administrative Monitoring Dashboard to see (and notify) all currently active logged in platform users and the services being used

This activity monitoring capability assists administrators to gauge system utilization and performance planning as well as better planning of maintenance such as upgrades. Knowing which users may be affected when pods or services need to be restarted will allow the administrator to notify the users of temporary service unavailability and to save their work. being able to view historical view of which services are used by many users at specific times will assist with capacity planning.

Maruti Suzuki and also requested for the administrative monitoring dashboard at user and project level (including the historical data). It would be very helpful to determine + mitigate the issue related to resource crush -- helping admins to monitor the platform.

Thank you for this idea. Currently our observability story is quite fragmented and scattered between UDS implementations (In discussion) , Auditing (still needs coverage from services) and kube monitoring (needs more work and custom monitors) I would park this in our future backlog until we can do a good job of monitoring the activity. A custom solution can be built if for one off customer request but that would be based on coverage provided by the services.
