Watson discards changes in Dialogue nodes done during the training - Possibility of team coworking on the same skill in one moment would make development faster and smoother

1. If one person in the team is training the assistant (adding user examples to Intents, adding Entities, or making other changes) and the assistant is processing them ("Watson is training" stripe in the "Try it" window), then no other team member could successfully make simultaneous changes (rewriting text, etc.) in responses in Dialogue nodes. Such response update is displayed until the training is finished. Then it refreshes back to its previous form (even when the update is saved by pressing Enter or clicking elsewhere). That is a great issue because it precludes team cooperation, rapidly slows development, and tosses ephemeral thoughts.
2. Instead, we would appreciate the ability of simultaneous work of team members in the same assistant

Steps:
1. Open the same assistant's Dialogue on two computers
2. Open Try it window
3. Start teaching user examples into any Intent on computer A and rewrite the text in any response node on computer B while Watson is training.
