Make collaborators easier to see

The "My Projects" view displays up to N collaborators next to a project's name.

(1) The first collaborator appears to be the DSX user that's logged in. Since that user has to be implicitly a collaborator (or else the project wouldn't be visible) he/she doesn't need to be displayed.

(2) I have 6 collaborators on a project. The display shows (me) (c2) (c3) (+3). Without opening the project and navigating to the "collaborators" tab one cannot determine who all the collaborators are. It would be nice if one could click on the collaborators list (me) (c2) (c3) (+3) in the "My Projects" view and be taken to the collaborators tab in the selected project.

(3) In a project's view there's a visual indicator that identifies shared notebooks. There's no equivalent of this in the "My projects" view. Therefore a user cannot easily determine which projects contain shared notebooks without opening every project.
