Allow indexes to be made invisible to queries

When removing unused indexes the first step we want is to be able to make index invisible to queries similar to the Oracle feature. As the index is still being maintained the rollback to make the index visible to queries is quick.

    I believe disabling an index via SET INDEXES means the index is no longer maintained.

    I want the index maintained just not used by the optimizer so we can be sure query plans do not degrade.

    After some time the index can then safely be dropped without affecting performance.

    This feature is already available as you can disable a single index:

    >>-SET INDEXES--+---index-+--+---------------------------------->
        '-FOR--table-'

    >--+-+-ENABLED--+---------------------------+------------------><
       | '-DISABLED-' |
       | (1) .-WITHOUT ERROR-. (2) |
       '-------FILTERING--+-WITH ERROR----+-----'

    It's not equal to Oracle feature but can work as a workaround
