DataStage Amazon S3 Connector Enhancement

Allow users to control the netowrk path of S3 connectivity. Allows a user to control the network path that our connections into S3 follow. What we're looking for involves providing an alternate URL for S3 communication.

As an example, when run via the CLI, the command would look like so:

aws s3 ls s3://bucket-name-here/ \ --endpoint-url https://custom-url-here.s3.example.com/

    We're sorry about the confusion. It was an automatic update.

    You can get a patch by opening a support ticket. Please mention APAR JR64636 to the support team, and they can provide a link to download it.

    It will also be part of any future Information Server release.

    This idea status has changed to "Delivered", however there is nothing in fix central for an S3 connector update.

    Can you provide instructions on how to obtain the latest version of the S3 connector for 11.7.1?

    Thank you for submitting this idea. We'll consider bringing this enhancement in our future fix pack. A tentative delivery for this is in 2021Q3.

    We'll update this idea when the feature is actually implemented.
