Improve the Aggregator Stage

The Aggregator Stage hasn't change for a long time and there are a lot of things that could be improved, currently a lot of things is done with sorting, keychange and transformer variables (or in a database connector) instead of using a Aggregator Stage becuase it is not possible. Enclosed a few suggestions how to improve the Aggregator Stage.

-Support Min/Max aggregation of Date, Time and Timestamp columns
-Support Min/Max aggregation of String columns
-Make outputcolumns NOT NULL if selected, currently even if you do not allow NULL output values, you still have to specify the outgoing column as nullable
-Support Window/Olap Aggregation like in SQL 1999/2003
