Enable use of DB2 Compound Statements in DataStage Connector Before/After SQL

As far as I can see, it is not possible to execute a DB2 compound statement in the DataStage DB2 Connector before/after SQL. The reason for this is, that you need to specify a statement terminator other than ";" which is currently not possible. If your want to execute a compound statement then you have to create a stored procedure in the database an call it

Provide a method to specify a statement terminator like "/" either on project, job or stage Level like the "Set Statement Terminator" field in the DataStudio SQL Script window

With this you don't have to create a stored procedure for every little bit of comound statement that you want to execute in a DB2 connector

This Idea has already been entered as an RFE
