Computer enhanced access - client installation issues

Company security requires our Admins to to remove accounts from the local admin group. Users should have rights granted in another way. It fails if the user ID is not explicitly in the administrative group, even if they are given administrative rights from group membership, like the fs_ field services ID or through Computer Enhanced Access.

But that does not work and client install fails. Admins are asking from IBM support:

"We need to find out specifically why the install needs admin privileges to succeed. If we know which process needs admin we could possibly create an elevation policy for it in Avecto"

DataStage go forward will not need such elevated rights. So will close this enhancement request
