Relocate the BQ connector connection information from bottom of log to top of log

Currently, when using the BQ connector in DataStage On-Prem, the connection information used to connect to the GOOGLE BQ environment, including the transaction ID is placed in the log at the end of the job process.

It would be more helpful to have at last the transaction ID at the bigging of the log instead of the end. We have multiple PMRs open with IBM due to connection failures (read timeout) when attempting to fetch data from BQ for processing. GOOGLE is unable to do any analysis on root cause of the connection failure as the transaction ID has not yet been placed into the log. Having that info at the beginning of the log when the connection is started would allow google to research the issu.e
