RELATED IDEAS

Supporting Oracle 19 release and Oracle Multitenant architecture by SPSS Modeler and SPSS C&DS

In our company is planed migrate the Oracle databases  the Oracle 19 release and Oracle Multitenant architecture - CDB Container DB architecture. We have the installation of CADS 8.0 and Modeler 18.0.0.1 on our systems.
 
I have learned via a ticket that this release does not support oracle 19 and Oracle Multitenant architecture - CDB Container DB architecture. And there is no plan to support these by SPSS Modeler or SPSS C&DS.
 
Following recommendation from IBM, I enter here this enhancement request.

    This is available as of SPSS Modeler 18.2.2 and SPSS C&DS 8.2.2 that GA'ed in September 2020

    Orcale Database 19c is the most current long term support release. Older Version like 12.1.0.2 are in paid extended Support ==> Migration to 19c is indispensable
