Log pushback details

Logging information regarding pushback on stream execution would be useful for users to be able to confirm expected performance/execution is happening for scheduled jobs.  While using Modeler Client (in local or remote server mode) you can check expected pushback using the SQL preview button and in general what that shows should be what is actually pushed back on execution unless some error or warning message is displayed, but it would be good to be able to check the logs to confirm this.
