Revise the manual

We received the following feedback from our customers about the Modeler documentation. Please consider the following points when creating manuals for future versions.

- Even if you read the installation manual, the path of the options.cfg file and the meaning of the parameters are not listed, so it is not practical. It is difficult to understand the meaning of the manual when using the product for the first time because the meaning cannot be understood immediately after reading the manual. (It is written and structured so that only skilled workers can work).

- I don't know which manual describes what, so I would like you to create a list of manual Readme files or a summary of the manuals.

- The performance guide describes the options.cfg file, but the contents of the options.cfg file are not performance related, and there are parameters that must be set during installation. Please write it in the manual.
