Enable Filters on Hierarchies in Persona UI, and Ability to control Hierarchies in a Workflow

Problem Statement1: As shown below, Currently the view for Hierarchies shows all Categories selected for a given part, particularly when there are multiple categories, it is very difficult for users to select the correct hierarchy to delete.

Proposed Solution: Need a flag / filter so that right hand pane shows only the categories that are from the selected hierarchy.

There they me other users who need to see all the categories (so its best to have this configurable.

Problem Statement2: Currently Workflows does not allow to configure selective categories to be editable in a collaboration area:

Users find it very difficult as all Categories / hierarchies will be visible.

Solution developers need to build validation to avoid users from accidentally modifying specific categories.

In case of Poly, we have 5 categories, and Users can only assign to 2 of them and others are system controlled, as the UI does not provide these controls we have spent a lot of consulting hours to build these validation (yet this is not intuitive and cumbersome for users).

Proposed Solution: As part of Attribute collection or something similar we should be able to indicate what Hierarchy mapping can be modified in a given workflow.
