Set default view for a catalogue

Preconditions: There is a catalogue. There are two views for the catalogue: System default and a customized one.

User story:

All business users should work with the customized view of the catalogue and should not see the System default view. Unfortunatelly, when a new user logs in MDM, he/she sees the System default view and should manually change it onto the cutomized one. Business users do not know how to do that and do not understand the reasosn they should make changes.

The idea is that in Admin UI there is a capability to set a default view for a catalogue, so that all new users can see the view set as default for the catalogue. The value is that there is no need to change a view for every user.
