Ability to customize content of MyTasks (e.g. additional columns/headers, etc.)

Currently, the content and layout of the My Tasks tab cannot be changed. Information is limited only to the ‘Type’, ‘Workflow Name’, ‘Stage’(Status), ‘Criticality’ and ‘Stage Due Date’. Some of this information may not be valuable to most of our users and may even be misleading considering that some of the terms are also used and may be interpreted for a totally different concept within the object (e.g. Criticality). We would like to have the My Tasks be more customizable (e.g. add columns, relabel a column, change a column by another one, add a location, etc) so we can design it in such a way that it will cater the needs of our users, reduce confusion and improve customer experience. The benefits are:

  • To be able to use the MyTasks functionality to its full potential.
  • To be able to avoid confusion and improve user experience.

    The My Task tab (and other task tabs) are ment to show different types of Objects limiting the number of fields to what is shared by all objects:
    - System Fields
    - Workflow system fields
    Which limits the type of configuration available
