Add additional operators for "Advanced" filters with Filtered List View

Currently when a user selects the "Advanced" filter from a Filtered List View the operators available for Date fields or Dropdown/Multi-Select fields are limited. For Date type fields the operators that currently available are: In the Range, On This Date, In the Next, or Within the Last. This enhancement request is to add two additional operators for Date fields :
1) After (user would enter the date)
2) Before (user would enter the date)

For Dropdown or Multi-Select fields, the user currently can indicate whether Hidden Values should be available for selection and the user has the ability to select as many of the possible values as exist. This enhancement request is to add the ability to also include NULL values -- in other words be able to filter records where the dropdown or multi-select field has not yet been populated. If one uses the NOT operator in the Complex Logic field it does not include the records with NULL values in the dropdowns or multi-select fields.

Currently users have to filter as best they can based upon current operators and then export the Filtered List results to Excel and then do additional filtering in Excel to find records based on Date Fields where the date is either After or Before a specific date or to look for records where the drop down or multi-select fields have NULL values.
