Auditing actions of individual users

Our audit team requires the logs of what each individual user views or changes in the Openpages Operational risk management application so that we can log which user views or changes critical information on the system.

For example, when a user enters or changes a loss event in the system, it should be logged. If another users views or changes this loss event, it should be logged. This loggging should be available for any type of data entered into the system by the users. We should be able to access those logs in the log files or in the database.

    Thank you for your inquiry!

Changes to objects are audited. Please see the below link to the applicable OpenPages documentation:

    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSFUEU_8.0.0/op_grc_user/c_opp_changehist.html

OpenPages does not, however, audit the viewing (read) of objects.

We encourage our Customers to vote on this enhancement request if auditing the viewing of objects is an important aspect to your business requirements.
