Ability to aggregate email notifications (reduce email notification volumes for end users)

To accompany the compliance theme and obligation evaluation assessment process, we have set up email notifications for the relevant assignees and subscribers based on the workflow steps.

At present an email is triggered for each obligation evaluation. This can generate a large volume of emails for those staff (assignees and subscribers) heavily involved in the assessment process (assessors and approvers).

We request the ability to aggregate such emails into one overall email/smaller volume of emails, particularly when bulk updates are performed would help.

Another possible option is to develop a notification scheduler which can be configured to the end user's requirements (e.g. send out email notifications once, twice, three times per day)

    IBM has considered this request. While we understand the request, it is unlikely to be addressed in the next 18 months. If this request receives continued customer interest, it may be resubmitted for consideration after 18 months from the submit date.
