Enhance Filters to support empty and not empty

It would be useful for User fields and Date fields to support the empty and not empty options on filter in the UI. This could also apply to other fields as well. There are a lot of times when filtering you want to be able to search not on a specif user or date, but know if that field does or doesn't contain a value, especially when using it in conjunction with other search criteria. These options would greatly enhance the filtering capabilities.

    yeah, easiest example I keep running into is "Show me all issues where a completion date was never filled in"

    I have to get it into fastmap to then filter.

    We need this functionality for us to search a field by NO value populated or is field Empty. Right now this is not available. we need this functionality for our analysis purpose. This will be very useful. Right now, we are getting all fields and put it in the excel and then filter it, this is time consuming. This will be a good enhancement and it will save time and increases the productivity.

    I agree. Need to be able to check if the field has value or not!
